4 Top Muay Thai Events You Will Want To See This Coming Weekend

With the combat sports industry slowly getting back to it’s feet after the global pandemic, we have 4 huge events returning this weekend for the first time since the first quarter of 2020.

Here’s four of the top Muay Thai events you won’t want to miss this coming weekend.

ONE: No Surrender

After almost five months since their last live event, ONE Championship returns with ONE: NO SURRENDER this Friday in Bangkok, Thailand, headlined by an epic trilogy bout between Rodtang Jitmuangnon and Petchdam PetchyindeeAcademy for the ONE Super Series Flyweight Muay Thai World title.

MFC Showdown 008

The first event in Spain returns this coming weekend as Mamba Fight Club bring an open air edition of MFC Showdown in Ponferrada, North-Western Spain.

The event is headlined by an epic ISKA -49kg World title bout between current champion Cristina Morales and Italy’s S. Do Dio Martello.

Muay Hardcore & Muay Thai Super Champ

The weekly Thai Ch8 promotions return this Saturday and Sunday as Muay Hardcore and Muay Thai Super Champ host their first live events since March.

Airing live on YouTube and Facebook from 7pm Thai time / 1pm BST on Saturday, Muay Hardcore, which hosts Muay Thai bouts in MMA gloves, will be headlined by Rambo Phet Por Tor Aor taking on Brazilian Almeida.

On Sunday, Muay Thai Super Champ will also air at the same time of 1pm BST and features Littewada Sitthikul returning to face Danilo Reis in the main event, and current 64kg champion Starboy Petchkiatpetch taking on Andre Teixeira in the co-main event.
