GLORY Kickboxing and Japanese promotion RISE unite in Tokyo on Saturday, June 6. Together they present the Last Featherweight Standing tournament at Ota City General Gymnasium. Four of the world’s best featherweight kickboxers enter. Only one leaves as the Last Featherweight Standing.
GLORY Featherweight World Champion Petchpanomrung faces number one contender Miguel Trindade in the opening semifinal. The two met at GLORY 100, where the champion produced a commanding performance. In the other semi, Kento Haraguchi takes on Yura Kono in a clash between two Japanese fighters. The two winners will then meet in the final the same night.

Petchpanomrung holds the GLORY Featherweight World Championship and has defended it nine times. His record stands at 175-40 with 27 knockouts. He is ranked number one pound for pound by Beyond Kick, the leading kickboxing rankings publication. The Thai champion has built a reputation as one of the most complete kickboxers on the planet.
Miguel Trindade is the number one ranked featherweight contender in GLORY. The Portuguese fighter arrived at GLORY 100 looking to dethrone Petch and came up short in a tough contest. He has bounced back to earn another shot and arrives in Tokyo hungry for revenge. This is the fight his career has been building towards.
Kento Haraguchi vs Yura Kono
Kento Haraguchi is one of Japan’s most prominent featherweight kickboxers. He arrives at the Last Featherweight Standing tournament as a home fighter in Tokyo. Known for his technical precision and ring intelligence, he has the tools to compete with anyone in the division. A place in the final would be a statement moment for his career.
