These terms govern entry into the Fight Record Giveaway, a monthly prize draw available to Fight Record Giveaway subscribers.
1. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. [Add any residency restrictions here, e.g. UK residents only.] Employees of Fight Record Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. How to enter
Paid entry: subscribing to the Fight Record Giveaway membership (£1.99/month) credits your account with one entry into that calendar month's draw for every month your subscription is active. The longer you stay continuously subscribed, the more entries you receive each month, up to a maximum of 5 entries per month.
Free entry route: no purchase is necessary to enter. If you would like to enter without subscribing, you may request a free entry for the current month by posting your full name, email address and the month you wish to enter for to: [Add Fight Record Ltd postal address here]. One free postal entry per person per month. Free entries carry the same one-entry weighting as a first-month paid subscriber and must be received before the last day of the calendar month to count for that month's draw.
3. The prize
The prize on offer changes each month and will be announced on this site and on the /giveaway page. Fight Record Ltd reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make the original prize unavailable.
4. Winner selection
One winner is selected at random from that month's eligible entries shortly after the end of the calendar month. Entrants with more entries have a proportionally higher chance of being selected, in the same way a raffle ticket drum works with multiple tickets per entrant.
5. Notification
The winner will be notified by email and via a banner on their Fight Record Account page, where they can submit delivery details for their prize. If a winner does not respond or submit delivery details within 30 days of notification, Fight Record Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Your subscription
The Fight Record Giveaway membership is a recurring monthly subscription that continues until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page — cancelling stops future entries and future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. There is no obligation to stay subscribed to remain eligible for a free postal entry as described above.
7. Data
Delivery details submitted by a winner are used solely to arrange delivery of their prize and are not used for any other purpose. [Link to your full Privacy Policy here.]
8. Changes
Fight Record Ltd may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. Fight Record Ltd reserves the right to end or amend the giveaway at any time.
