Daniel Bonner Enters WBC Muaythai World Rankings at #8 in Latest Update

The WBC Muaythai recently published their latest update for the World rankings after another busy month in July, featuring the UK’s Daniel Bonner entering as the #8 Light-Heavyweight as well as many others moving up and down the rankings.

“I’m happy with this for now, but I won’t stop until I’m #1.”

Bonner, who beat Irishman Dylan Meagher at YOKKAO 41 in Dublin last month, enters the World rankings for the first time at #8 in the Light-Heayweight division, jumping ahead of his aforementioned Irish opponent who remains #9.

The Majestic Gym star from Warrington took to social media earlier today to thank his coach and everyone who supports him;

“I want to say a big thanks as always to Kev @majestic_gym, the brains behind everything. I wouldn’t be where I am today without his guidance. Thanks as well to all my team-mates from Majestic and Supremacy.

“To all my family/friends who continually buy tickets to support me. You simply don’t get the opportunities if you don’t sell tickets. So it’s really appreciated when people do buy them!”

Bonner added that he will be back in the YOKKAO ring in October and he will be facing another UK and World ranked opponent. Who do you think his opponent will be on 26th October in Bolton? Let us know in the comments below!
