Muay Thai Returns To Lumpinee Stadium In Two Weeks

Muay Thai at Lumpinee Stadium

Located in Bangkok, Thailand, the new Lumpinee Stadium has become a symbol of modern Muay Thai and is one of the most iconic battle grounds in Thailand.

Much like every other venue around the World, back in March 2020, Lumpinee Stadium was forced to close the doors indefinitely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In July, live events returned to Rajadamnern Stadium, with weekly events hosting many of Thailand’s elite Muay Thai fighters, however Lumpinee Stadium has remained closed.

It was rumoured a few weeks ago that Lumpinee Stadium would return to live Muay Thai events for the annual birthday celebration on 8th December, however it was confirmed recently that it would reopen sooner.
