This past weekend, no less than 9 new WBC Muaythai champions were crowned around the World.
Muay Thai events in Australia, USA, Italy, United Kingdom and more saw many of the World’s elite Muay Thai fighters earning a prestigious green and gold accolade.
Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of the weekend saw Polish heavyweight Mateusz Duczmal capture the WBC Muaythai Heavyweight World title and World #1 spot when he beat former Heavyweight king, Lyndon Knowles, at Roar Combat League 19 in London.
Elsewhere, WBC Muaythai International titles, National titles and State titles were up for grabs in Australia, Italy and more.
Damon Nelson handed Albert Tu’ua his first loss on his way to capturing the WBC Muaythai Australian title at Destiny Muay Thai 16 in Australia.
Erin Harberger and Brandon Spain both picked up WBC Muaythai Queensland State titles on the same event.
In Sicily, Vendetta Fight Night hosted a further three WBC Muaythai title bouts.
Claudio Amoruso claimed the WBC Muaythai International title when he defeated Switzerland’s Philipp Hafeli.
Carmelo Ragano also captured a WBC Muaythai International title, and Asia Canto claimed the WBC Muaythai Italian National title.
