UK Welterweight #3, Jack Kennedy, of Imperial Thai Boxing in Southport, made the trip over with coach and ONE Championship signed fighter Panicos Yusuf of All Powers Gym.
Kennedy, who usually fights at 66.6kg, made weight at 63.5kg for the bout against Finland’s Kari Viinikainen in one of the featured bouts of the evening in Stockholm tonight.
Coming off back-to-back losses against strong Thai opponents, Kennedy will be looking to winning ways in the prestige International bout at Empire Fighting Series in Sweden.
All Powers fighters Ricky Sewell and Dan Butler both weighed-in for their bouts against Swedish opponents Shwana Kadirzana and Anton Sjöqvist.
