This Saturday, one of the UK’s leading Muay Thai promotions returns. Victory Promotions will host it’s second of three events this year, which features the Victory League, on Saturday, August 20.
The Victory League, a new concept created by the Victory promoters, features four males and four females competing in a league-style format across all three events. The first of which took place back in April.

Unfortunately, Federico Alfaro and Jack Cooper were forced to withdraw from the League due to injury. This leaves Niall McGreevy and Luke Bar – who are level on points at 6 each – to battle it out over a two-leg final. The first bout takes place this weekend at VICTORY 9.
In the female Super-Flyweight division, League leaders Marie McManamon and Meg Corwell both stand at 4 points each. They will meet at VICTORY 9 this weekend, with the UK #1 spot on the line as well as the potential for either fighter to take the lead heading into the last round of League bouts on December 10.
Dani Fall was replaced by Aline Seiberth, who will face Rhona Walker this weekend. Both fighters stand at 0 points in the League, with Rhona Walker unfortunate to miss out Victory League points after a narrow loss to Meg Corwell last time out.
