ONE Championship returns to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok on Friday, June 5. The Inner Circle airs first for members, then ONE Friday Fights 157 takes over. A Thai Muay Thai icon and a Lethwei specialist top the bill.
The Inner Circle streams live on live.onefc.com and spans five bouts across three disciplines. ONE Friday Fights 157 follows on the main broadcast with nine more bouts. Every fighter on the main card is chasing a US$100,000 contract and a place on ONE’s global roster.
Yodlekpet Or Atchariya vs Saw Min Min
Yodlekpet Or Atchariya has won the Muay Thai world title four times. He is 31 and holds titles from both Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Stadium. His style is built on relentless forward pressure and heavy combinations centred on the low kick. He most recently earned a bonus with a stoppage in round three, and arrives on a winning streak of two fights.
Saw Min Min brings a rare background to Lumpinee. He is 28 and grew up in Myanmar, learning Lethwei from the age of eight. He won the 2017 ONE Myanmar Flyweight MMA Tournament before moving into Muay Thai. He has finished opponents inside the ONE circle and arrives ready to cause an upset.
Kongchai Chanaidonmueang vs Valerii Strungari
Kongchai Chanaidonmueang is the most active fighter in ONE Friday Fights history with 17 appearances. He arrives on a winning streak of three fights, with wins over Walter Goncalves, Thway Lin Htet and Mehrdad Khanzadeh. The former Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion has everything needed to earn a contract. The question has always been whether he can go for the finish when the chance arrives.
Strungari offers a serious test. The Moldovan stopped Sanit Aekmuangnon at ONE Friday Fights 133 with a knockout in round three. He had been outclassed through the opening two rounds before finding the finish. He is a pressure fighter who throws in high volume and comes in off a decision loss to Denkriangkrai at ONE Friday Fights 148.
