Allycia Hellen Rodrigues vs Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom
Allycia Hellen Rodrigues puts the ONE Women’s Atomweight Muay Thai World Title on the line against Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom. Rodrigues is from Fortaleza, Brazil. She started capoeira at 7 and found Muay Thai at 13. She moved to Thailand in 2018 and won the world title on her debut. She then stepped away from the sport to have a son. Two and a half years later, she returned and rebuilt from the ground up. She is now a champion five times over and arrives on a winning streak of three fights.
Phetjeeja is the force standing across from her. The Thai started fighting at 6 years old. By 10, she had over 100 fights. She became WMC Muay Thai World Champion at 14. She was also the first woman to earn a ONE Championship contract through ONE Friday Fights. She holds the ONE Atomweight Kickboxing World Title, having claimed it three times. She arrives on a winning streak of 16 fights, with 11 stoppages, five of them in the opening round. A win on Friday would make her a world champion in two sports.
Worapon Lukjaoporongtom vs Lenny Blasi
The Lukjaoporongtom name rings out twice at Lumpinee Stadium on Friday. While Phetjeeja fights for history at The Inner Circle 19, her brother Worapon headlines the main card. He arrives on a winning streak of three fights. He has headlined events at this very stadium and built a genuine reputation in the bantamweight division. A US$100,000 contract is the prize. This is the night he intends to claim it.
Lenny Blasi did not travel from Italy to play a supporting role. He brawls for the finish and has produced highlights throughout the series.
