Joshua Pacio vs Mansur Malachiev
Joshua “The Passion” Pacio defends his ONE Strawweight MMA World Title against Mansur Malachiev at The Inner Circle 21. The seven time champion beat the Russian by unanimous decision in October 2023, handing Malachiev his first career loss. Pacio then reclaimed his title from Jarred Brooks by second round TKO at ONE 171 in Qatar.
Malachiev rebuilt himself since that defeat. He beat Yosuke Saruta and Bokang Masunyane. He then submitted Brooks at ONE Fight Night 35 in October 2025. Both men arrive with real confidence, and the rematch settles who owns the strawweight division.
Jaradchai Maxjandee vs Othman Rhouni
Thailand’s Jaradchai Maxjandee headlines ONE Friday Fights 161 against Morocco’s Othman Rhouni. Jaradchai has stopped all three opponents since joining the series in April 2025. He floored Petwanghin Lookpayakraipakdee with a flying knee before finishing him with a body kick. He then knocked out Sanpet Sor Salacheep and Thant Zin with a flying knee and a head kick.
Rhouni enters off a split decision loss to Panpayak Jitmuangnon at ONE Friday Fights 155 in May. He wants to prove he belongs among the series’ best finishers. A win moves Jaradchai closer to a US$100,000 contract and a place on ONE’s global roster.
