Former (inrecess) WBC Muaythai World champion and World ranked #1 Middleweight, Jimmy Vienot, has joined the French team ahead of the IFMA World Championships in July.

The Frenchman Vienot, who is also a WMC Muaythai World champion, most recently claimed a victory over dangerous Turkish kickboxer Vedat Hoduk at ARENA FIGHT in France earlier this month.
Last year, Jimmy made a triumphant appearance at the European Championships in Prague, beating 2016 Champion Stanislav Perzhanovskiy on his way to a victorious final against Belarus’ Vital Hurkou.
Now flying the flag for his country once again, he joins the 75kg category which currently has a stacked divison of 22 participants ready to stake their claim at the Championships in Bangkok.
Known as one of the biggest names in modern day Muaythai, the presence of the WBC and WMC World champion Jimmy Vienot will no doubt lift the spirits of his fellow French team mates and boost their chances of Team France in the countries medal rankings.
