Unbeaten Kickboxing sensation Jonathan Di Bella is set to defend his ONE Strawweight Kickboxing world title at ONE Friday Fights 58 on April 5.
After calling each other out, Di Bella and Prajanchai will meet for the Strawweight title which will be the Italian-Canadian’s second defence.
Di Bella burst onto the ONE Championship scene when he defeated Zhang Peimian for the vacant title in October 2022. He then went on to successfully defend the title for the first title against Australia’s Danial Williams a year later.
Now he’s set for his second defence against current Strawweight Muay Thai champion Prajanchai PK Saenchai.
Since the loss to Joseph Lasiri in 2022, Prajanchai has gone on a four-fight win streak. Including a victory under Kickboxing rules agains Akram Hamidi at ONE Friday Fights 34.
Recently, he also reclaimed the ONE Strawweight Muay Thai world title when he blitzed Lasiri in a rematch, stopping him in the very first round.
Now he has his sights set on becoming a two-sport world champion as he goes after Kickboxing kingpin Jonathan Di Bella.
This bout accompanies two other huge bouts already confirmed for ONE Friday Fights 58. In the main event, Superbon takes on Marat Grigorian for the interim Featherweight Kickboxing world title and Nong-O returns to face Kulabdam in a Bantamweight Muay Thai banger.
