Otis Waghorn became the 29th UK Muay Thai fighter to compete in ONE Championship earlier today.
He faced a monumental task against Kongklai Sor Sommai in the featured bout on the first part of ONE Friday Fights 67.

Kongklai started strong, dropping Waghorn twice in the opening round.
The UK fighter, showing his flare and flamboyancy, managed to recover and make it out of the round.
The pair traded strikes over the next two rounds. One strike seemed to floor Kongklai, but the referee declared it a slip and the bout continued.
That didn’t matter though, as Waghorn landed a spinning elbow which landed clean, leaving Kongklai on wobbly legs before being dropped to the canvas in the third round.
Waghorn followed up with more onslaught, dropping the 2020 SAT Fighter of the Year a further two times to win the bout via third round stoppage.
