Today’s results at ONE Friday Fights 32 saw a couple of changes at the top of our ONE Power Rankings. Both Natalia Diachkova and Mohammad Siasarani picked up unanimous decision wins, climbing further into our Top 10.
Natalia Diachkova earned her third-straight victory in ONE at ONE Friday Fights 32. The tough Russian, who trains out of Venum Muay Thai Gym in Pattaya, Thailand, faced Hannah Brady today.
After dismissing Dokmaipa Fairtex and Lena Nocker with first round knockouts, the “Karelian Lynx” didn’t have the same success today. Hannah Brady showed her durability, looking unphased by the Russian’s non-stop boxing combinations.
In the second round, Diachkova seemed to tire and went on the back-foot. Brady chased her, but was caught with a spinning attack which dropped the Brit who received an eight-count.
Diachkova held out in the third to earn a unanimous decision victory. She earned 1 point in our ONE Power Rankings, improving to 9th overall on 13 points. She maintains her spot as #3 in our Women’s ONE Power Rankings, behind Phetjeeja on 23 points and Jackie Buntan on 16.
Mohammad Siasarani beats Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong
Iranian Muay Thai star Mohammad Siasarani improved to 4-0 in ONE today. He earned one of the biggest wins of his career by defeating Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong. The unanimous decision win earn him a further 2 points in our ONE Power Rankings, where he now sits 8th on 12 points.
Furthermore, Sitthichai was also #2 in the ONE Featherweight Muay Thai rankings. The victory means only Tawanchai and Superbon sit above him in the official ONE Championship rankings.
