Superlek earned himself another 3 power points for his unanimous decision win over Rodtang today. That puts him on a total of 29 points for the year. He leads our ONE Power Rankings by 5 points to second place Jonathan Haggerty and Tawanchai on 24 points each.
Although Superlek extends his lead, our top 10 remains unchanged. However, there was movement in our ONE Power Rankings overall top 20.
Seksan improved to 6-0 in ONE as he beat Amir Naseri by unanimous decision. The win earned him 1 power point. He now sits in 11th place on 10 power points for the year.
Just behind him on 9 points, Songchainoi Kiatsongrit made an appearance in the top 20. He looked sharp at ONE Friday Fights 34, defeating Jomhod AutoMuayThai via second round knockout. He now moves to 4-0 in 2023 and the win earned him a further 4 points in our ONE Power Rankings.
Former ONE Strawweight Muay Thai champion, Prajanchai PK Saenchai re-entered our top 20. He defeated Akram Hamidi under Kickboxing rules at ONE Friday Fights 34. He earned 1 power point for the victory and now sits in 20th place on 8 points, joint with Rodtang Jitmuangnon in 19th.
It’s worth noting, however, there are a further 14 athletes sitting on 8 power points. These include the likes of Nico Carrillo, Felipe Lobo and Saemapetch Fairtex. However, champions and former champions are ranked first when points are even.
