Top Muay Thai Fights You Don’t Want To Miss This Week

As large parts of Europe enter a second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Thailand and other parts of the World slowly continue to resume normality with more elite Muay Thai events coming up this weekend.

The Muaymunwansuk Friday weekly show at Rangsit Stadium hosts another mouth-watering main event and two more elite Muay Thai events take place on Saturday, with Thai Fight: Korat and the epic SAT: Hero Series at the World Siam Stadium in Bangkok.

Here’s some of our top picks for Muay Thai fights you don’t want to miss on another huge weekend of Muay Thai action in Thailand this week.

Sangmanee vs Rungkit Wor.Sanprapai
Muaymunwansuk, Friday 6th November

Coming off three straight losses to Thananchai, Kulabdam and most recently Tawanchai, Sangmanee will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when he takes on Rungkit Wor.Sanprapai this Friday.

The 18-year-old prodigy, also known as Rungkit Bor.Rungrot, will be no easy task however. He is coming off big recent wins over Yodlekphet and Kaewkangwan, and also holds wins over the likes of Seksan Or.Kwangmuang, Petchdam Petchyindee Academy and a Rajadamnern Stadium title victory over Rodtang Jitmuangnon in 2018 when he was just 16-years-old.

Elsewehere, in the online main event, Rungnarai Kiatmoo9 takes on Puenkon Tor.Surat in a rematch from their previous bout in July.

Kaona Sor.Jor.Tongprajin vs Superball Tded99
SAT Hero Series, Saturday 7th November

Apart from the loss to Rodtang last month, Kaona has been one of the most prolific Muay Thai stars in the stadiums in recent years and holds two previous wins against his opponent Superball Tded99 this weekend.

Saoek SitChefBoontham vs Kumandoi
SAT Hero Series, Saturday 7th November

A highly anticipated rematch between Saoek and Kumandoi takes place this weekend at the mega SAT Hero Series at World Siam Stadium.

Kumandoi won seven straight fights in 2019 and has already competed four times in 2020, with just a single defeat in his previous eleven fights. That defeat however, coming to his opponent this weekend Saoek SitChefBoontham in their previous meeting at Thanankorn Stadium in September.

If all that still wasn’t enough, we also have another stacked fight card at Thai Fight to look forward to this Saturday, too, with many exciting Kard Chuek bouts taking place.

A female bout between Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom and French star Souris Manfredi features on the main event card, as well as Alex Bublea taking on Saiyok Pumphanmuang.

The remainder of the card see the Thai Fight Army of Tengnueng, Iquezang, Kitti, PTT and Saensatharn all in action, headlined by Saenchai taking on Brazilian Danilo Reis.
