‘The Man Who Yields to No One’ — Seksan Or.Kwanmuang was back in action today at ONE LUMPINEE 14. He faced tough Irishman, Sean Clancy, in a Catchweight 142lbs Muay Thai bout.
The pair met in the headline bout of the first part of the ONE LUMPINEE 14 card on April 28.
In typical Seksan style, he marched forward from the opening bell. Unphased by the leg kicks and strikes of Clancy, Seksan continued to put the pressure on, landing numerous elbows.
A flash elbow caught Clancy in the first round and opened up a cut. However, the bloodied Irishman continued to push the pace and turned it into a dog fight.
In the second round, the pair sat in the pocket and exchanged a serious of elbow strikes. As the bout turned into a blood bath, the referee called the doctor in to inspect the cut to Sean Clancy.
The doctor declared the cut too bad to allow the Irishman to continue and the fight was brought to an end.
Seksan now moves to 3-0 in ONE LUMPINEE, having already beaten Tyson Harrison and Sylviu Vitez in 2023. He also earned a third consecutive $10,000 USD bonus for his performance.
