Thanonchai Fairtex Reacts To Loss Against Thaksinlek At Channel 7 Stadium

After three straight losses to Seksan Or.Kwanmuang in 2020, Thanonchai Fairtex, formerly of Thanakorngym, was determined to get back to winning ways when he faced Thaksinlek in the main event at Channel 7 Stadium earlier today.

The 2015 and 2016 Rajadamnern Stadium Fighter of the Year, Thanonchai, recently made the move to Fairtex Training Centre in Pattaya, reportedly worth a whopping ฿500,000.

Today wasn’t to be Thanonchai‘s day once again however, as he suffered his fourth straight defeat, taking a points loss to Thaksinlek in Sunday’s main event.

He wrote on his social media soon after the bout;

Sorry Mr.Bunjong, Mr. Prem and all my Muay Thai fans. This loss was my own doing . Thank you to everyone who encouraged me… I’ll come back a lot better than this!!! “I cannot give you my thoughts, because you already know them…. but the things that you lack, I will provide them for you myself”… the words spoken to me by Mr.Bunjong after my fight . I am really sorry
